We are looking for a Strong Client-Oriented - Full Stack Engineer to join a challenging onboarding team to build the next level onboarding system to support client onboarding in scale for the demanding Fortune 500 companies. The right candidate is a pragmatic end-to-end coder who takes pride in their craftsmanship.

In this role, you will be taking a big part in building a system from the ground up and having a huge impact on the technical direction.
Build and maintain HiredScore’s client onboarding system
Define and implement automation and tooling around the onboarding process
Defining the culture and practices of a brand new team at HiredScore.
Creating robust architecture and tools for the onboarding system.
Taking features from product requirements through architecture and design to client delivery with extreme quality demands and understanding the complexities top to bottom.
Build for the Scale of HiredScore, including monitoring and performance considerations.
Innovating and moving us forward.
An experienced Software engineer, 3+ years of developing production and scalable systems.
At least 2 years of proven experience in React.js
Experience with modern backend technologies (Python or Node JS).
Creating software with built-in quality (SOLID, Tests, Separation of Concerns, etc.).
Loves tech, working with smart people and solving complex problems.
Being a team player.

Simple solutions for tough problems, "out of the box" thinker.

Experience with cloud-based architectures (AWS advantage).
Experience with building/maintaining onboarding systems
Experience with data integration with external systems
