Join Abbott Israel in our Structural Hearth Division (SH) and serve as the SH Admin and Marketing Assistance - Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the SH activities and needs for all SH Israel employees and managers, as needed.

This is an 50% Position

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting marketing manager in organizing various projects

  • Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team (Support with journal clubs and team meetings, order and prepare refreshments for meetings as needed).

  • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information (Budget, PO etc.)

  • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns

  • Understanding company brands.

  • Prepare and deliver promotional materials

  • Communicate directly with clients and vendors and encourage trusting relationships

  • Collaborating with the marketing managers, internal teams, and partners

  • Coordinate schedules as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage

Experience & Background:

  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as be flexible, organized and detail oriented.

  • Organizational skills

  • Fluent English – can handle answering a call e mail or welcoming visitors from abroad

  • Must be able to deal effectively with high level internal and external contacts including customers and the general public.

  • Must possess strong PC skills.
