Manage full spectrum of HR Management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, C&B review, performance management, HRIS implementation, organizational development, and other projects
Provide hands on HR operation services for the 4 offices located in Southeast Asian countries
Provide recommendation and improve processes to assure efficiency and effectiveness
Initiate and drive people and corporate development strategies for nurturing of talents, employee engagement, developing a strong leadership team in support of company strategy and priorities
Participate in any ad hoc projects as required
Strong Business Growth
HRBP + Operation Role
Degree holder in HR or business-related disciplines
Minimum of 8 years of solid HR experience with regional coverage; experience covering India or other SEA countries would be ideal
Strong business acumen with excellent stakeholder management skills
Effective interpersonal skills with strategic mindset
Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
