We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager - Commercialisation, Digital and Channels.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Support commercialization activities of all digital capabilities of the team, including internal commercialization and external commercialization
  • Collaborate with product owners in preparing materials, both above and below the line, to facilitate customer’s usage of digital solutions, and to boost digital solutions’ awareness
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders from Business, Marketing, Risk Stewards and internal / external designers and vendor for driving the usage of digital capabilities
  • Review and oversee quality of copies on platforms to ensure first-class customer experience and clear instruction are given
  • Act at central contact point of the team to global counterparts in ensuring all issues relating to group copies standards and integrity of the Bank automated channels are satisfied
  • Manage commercialization activities related vendor and procurement processes
  • Liaise with Customer Relations Team for improving customer experience
  • Support on customer experience management process for formulating customer centric digital solutions



  • Good understanding of Commercial Banking business and products, preferably in managing digital initiatives and digital channels
  • Proficient in English and Chinese writing for business and professional writing
  • Solid project management experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills through effective communication, presentation and influencing
  • Proven problem solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions, with the ability to anticipate challenges
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure within a team environment
  • Ability to use strong judgmental skills to identify and resolve complex problems whilst adhering to timelines and quality of output
