Assistant Corporate Affairs & Administration Manager

Performance Services, Digital Business Services

Performance Services provides HASE COO with dedicated, forward thinking, strategic ad-hoc and operational management support. Performance Services also plays a key role in driving staff engagement, operational support, financial planning & management information, and business administration for all Digital Business Services’ units.

You will work closely with various departments to understand their operational and procurement needs, so as to structure comprehensive solutions to aid them to operate efficiently and excellently

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Corporate Affairs & Administration Manager .

Principal responsibilities

  • Provide operational support on chauffeur administration and limousine hiring services
  • Manage and monitor the performance for service providers on stationery storage and uniform production
  • Provide administration support on club and recreational membership registration for the senior executives
  • Oversee the management and development of the HASE Archives collections in order to capture, preserve and promote the Bank’s corporate memory whilst also provide a vital evidence base to demonstrate key decision and activities in the past
  • Provide cross team supports within Performance Services where appropriate

Qualifications

Requirements

  • University degree in any disciplines
  • At least 2-4 years’ in banking industry, preferably with relevant experience in corporate administration and third party management
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Great growth mindset and resilience to embrace change, overcome challenges and create space for curiosity creativity and connectivity.
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior role.)
