The Cultural and Performing Arts team has an opening for a Business Development Leader.

Position Summary

Position Requirements

• Proven relationships in the Asia marketplace in cultural and performing arts.
• 10+ years of relevant business development – experience with existing relationships as well as creating and building relationships with government organizations, companies, trade organizations, and procurement / competition firms is preferred.
• Eagerness to expand the firm’s footprint in Asia with new clients and winning impactful design projects, collaborating and coordinating with the overall DLR Group Asia leadership team as well as the global sector leadership for cultural and performing arts.
• Strong bi-lingual written and oral communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative and able to work with a wide spectrum of personalities.
• Comfortable in both leader and team-player roles.
• Ability to research, gather intel, analyze data, and execute strategic plans.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Must have a sense of urgency.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated track record of business development or marketing results.
• Ability and willingness to travel with overnight stays, following State, local, and DLR Group COVID-19 guidelines.
• Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). Experience with Deltek Vision a plus.
