Your responsibilities

  • Identify new potential PERI customers and establish long term relationship, while maintain current ones
  • Manage and develop key customer accounts by partnering with them in the planning, preparation and execution of strategic new contracts
  • Manage and maintain a strong and positive sales pipeline through our own CRM tool
  • Prepare detailed customer presentations for new and existing contracts
  • Analyze drawings and develop preliminary concepts for formwork and shoring solutions using PERI products during sales consultations with customers
  • Relay about design concepts and customer requirements in an efficient manner to the engineering manager
  • Prepare offers for new and existing contracts and negotiate the best discounts and payment structure for PERI and the customer
  • Ensure successful and smooth hand over to the Customer Services Department, upon successful award of a contract to PERI
  • Maintain full consciousness about the on-goings of awarded projects and intervene when necessary
  • Assist, when necessary, with successful project close-outs

Your profile

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
  • 2+ years of strong sales experience in scaffolding, formwork or other technical solutions within the construction and building materials industry
  • Strong construction background and network
  • Good listening and probing skills to diagnose client requirements
  • Distinct project management skills, analytical thinking and outstanding organizational skills
  • Strong sales management skills especially in negotiation and closing deal
  • Proficient computer skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • High willingness to travel and be mobile
  • Experience with MNC is a plus
