职位描述

The Store Manager is the owner of the business and therefore responsible to achieve the business objectives assigned to the store.

Responsibilities

Business

  • Defines the actions required for the achievement of the business objectives assigned to the store (financial target and KPIs) through the analysis of the sales, product, staff performance, CRM and stock reports.
  • Ensures effective communication in store.
  • Constantly updates the Area Manager and the other Retail functions on significant commercial matters within the reference market.
  • Cooperates with the Retail Teams (or event office) for the organization of store events.
  • Maintains the relationship with the business partners

People Management

  • Creates team works to ensure the achievement of the business objectives.
  • Retains key talents and prepares the succession planning for key positions
  • Liaises with the Human Resources and Retail Operations to source and recruit best talents in the market
  • Ensures the professional growth and training of his/her team through various resources.
  • Assigns quantity and quality objectives (KPIs) to the store staff and monitors their performance through regular follow-ups.
  • Is responsible for the staff planning to ensure correct supervision both in terms of customer service and loss prevention.
  • Guarantees the company standards in terms of grooming, language and behavior, so that all staff members effectively reflect the company’s image.
  • Cooperates with the Human Resources (and Health and Safety functions) to ensure the compliance of legal requirements.

CRM

  • Is constantly up-to-date on fashion trends and, more in general, on trends culture and therefore he/she is a reference point both for Clients and staff.
  • Ensures the required in-depth knowledge of his/her reference market.
  • Based on the assigned clienteling objectives, he/she defines the actions required to strengthen the client loyalty and increase the client base.
  • Ensures the correct application of the customer contact strategy for the different client categories in order to optimize business results.

Merchandise

  • Gives Retail Merchandisers and Retail Operations Teams with the feedbacks and focused suggestions, and makes prompts requests based on store needs
  • Reports to Retail Merchandisers any needs for merchandise/collection training on the various categories.

Visual

  • Guarantees the shop windows and in-store display, strictly complying with the Company’s guidelines.
  • Proposes any commercial needs for stores to the reference Visual team.

Customer Service

  • Ensures the quality standards required by the brand in terms of customer service after the sales.

Back Office

  • Ensures the correct store maintenance and liaise with the Engineering Team
  • Manages the store operation activities in order to ensure stock monitoring and product cares.
  • Liaises with the Area Manager and the Store Operations for the communication and management of any losses (thefts of product, cash, etc.) and verifies the correct enforcement of security procedures.
  • Is responsible for the correct enforcement of company procedures on cash activity management (payments, advances, credit notes, bank transfers, etc.).

任职条件

  • College degree or diploma holder
  • Over 6 years' experiences in luxury brand or premium hotel, of which at least 2 years at supervisory level
  • Possess excellent leadership skills; with strong sense of responsibility & self-motivated
  • Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese
  • Familiar with windows and office application
  • Passionate about a career in fashion
