Key Responsibilities:

  • To solve problems and issues of internal usner’s PC, Windows or other application software, operation system etc.
  • According to group request or business needs, to maitain IT equipments regularly.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor degaree or above with major in IT and related majors.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
  • Strong active learning ability, become the core supporter of Digital.
  • Good cooperation and communication skills.
  • Work independently and efficiently.
  • Customer service awareness.
  • If you are new graduate in 2021 or 2020, we also welcome.
  • Working experience or internship experience with IT Helpdesk is plus.
  • Familiar with the WINDOWS systme operations or Power BI is plus.
