Job profile:

The position is contribute on provide the financial supporting/analysis to all related business departments.

Location:

Shanghai, China

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with business department/function on regular P&L analysis , review the result, drive for continues business performance improvement.
• Working with segment leaders on price, product, customer analysis to improve the overall margin.
• Working together with Regional finance team for any system upgrade and process optimization projects when needed.
• Regular management reporting and analysis.
• Work with other business controllers to finish the budget and forecast per group schedule

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor or above degree, Major in Finance, Accounting
• More than 3 years finance experience, prefer previously FP&A experience, with GL and costing background
• Prefer good knowledge of IT systems and BI tools
• Previous ERP system implementation experience is preferred
• Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
• Self-motivation person, excellent team player
• Willing to work under pressure
