The Enrolment Services within the Student and Enrolment Services is currently seeking a Recurring Part-time Receptionist.
Reporting to the Manager, Financial Aid and Enrolment Services Operations, this part-time position serves as the first point of contact for the Enrolment Services advising office and supports back-of-house administrative tasks.
The business day for Enrolment services runs from 8:30 am thru 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. Shifts will typically range from 4-5 hours in duration up to a full 7 hour shift, with notice, dependent on time of year and operational demands. Peak periods are August-September and January. It is expected that the two reception positions will coordinate to offset vacations and time away.
