Your new role in Marketing & Customer Experience is responsible for building the strategy and customer value proposition, along with managing the end to end user experiences across all channels and touchpoints. You will ensure targeted messages for the chosen segment has a tailored call to action supported by a frictionless journey with minimised pain points in service deliver. This role sits within the Consumer Experience division, which is a progressive environment that continues to revolutionise propositions across customer touchpoints, mature best in class marketing capabilities, and live by agile principles. The Marketing Experience Chapter connects with other practices Digital Experience, Connected Journeys, and Connected Channels Chapters, supporting the Squads to initiate go-to-market strategies, value propositions and campaign implementation and management.What is in it for me?

We’d expect you to have approximately 5+ years’ experience in marketing strategic development and campaign management with a focus on digital experiences in a large corporate environment – preferably digital/telco/financial industry. This role is equivalent to a Marketing Manager and requires proven ability in autonomy and resilience; the successful candidate having experienced a complex organisational structure with numerous cross-functional stakeholders. This role is an initial 12 month contract.What is it like to work there?
