The Resource Systems Specialist is responsible for leading the research, design and development of technology solutions, conduct technical business analysis for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System – SAP and represent the organisation at whole-of-Government best practice forums relating to SAP to support the successful implementation of technology solutions and the achievement of quality business outcomes.About The NSW SES

The NSW State Emergency Service (NSW SES) is an emergency and rescue service made up almost entirely of volunteers and supported by a small staff contingent. NSW SES is a key influencer of other emergency service agencies and works closely with these partners to modernise and grow volunteering to save lives and protect communities
While major responsibilities are for flood, storm operations and tsunamis, the NSW SES also provides the majority of general rescue effort in the rural parts of the state. This includes road accident rescue, vertical rescue, bush search and rescue, evidence searches (both metropolitan and rural), other forms of specialist rescue that may be required due to local threats, Urban Search and Rescue and Community First Response.About You

This is a business orientated role that requires a high level of business acumen and experience. You will develop creative and robust strategies to support business requirements and ensure business requirements are adequately captured and understood to enable the appropriate implementation of system and processes.
The ideal candidate is a combination of architecture, delivery and functional experience in the ERP space to provide technical leadership to a team.How To Apply
