Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the State Account Manager is a critical role in driving growth throughout the Independent Grocery channel. Your responsibilities will include managing existing customers such as key MSO groups, whilst also identifying opportunities within speciality food retail, predominately in Victoria before expanding nationally. You will take ownership of presenting new ranges, developing customer plans and pricing negotiations, whilst also playing an active role in the overall sales strategy for the business nationally.

Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience as a State / Key Account Manager from within the FMCG industry, specifically within the Independent Grocery channel, where you will have proven success in driving growth. You will have a natural ability to build rapport quickly and thrive on working in a role where you both hunt for new business and manage existing relationships and have excellent financial & analytical capability.
