As a Paid Social Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing paid social media channels, and assisting in the development and execution of paid social strategies to enhance the conversion of online traffic. This newly created role, reports to the Paid Manager and Head of Performance and is located in our beautiful newly renovated HQ in Burleigh Heads. 

If you are interested, you will have demonstrated experience in coordinating and executing social programs and campaigns, be detail oriented, analytical, and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will also be socially connected, with an outgoing personality, interest in fast-fashion and technology, and an eye for what makes great social content. 


Core Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development of paid social strategy
  • Lead end to end setup and QA of performance campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest
  • Analyse and optimise existing paid social campaigns
  • Own daliy campaign monitoring to ensure performance
  • Write and implement ad copy that speaks to our target audience
  • Scoure, coordinate and update creative assets for Paid Social campaigns
  • Identify and onboard new social media platforms
  • Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to execute campaigns, and develop advertising strategies to increase conversion 
  • Translate promotions into effective Social Media Campaigns
  • Compile reports and produce weekly action plans on results and performance. 


Skills and experience 

  • At least 2 years experience managing paid social campaigns for an online retailer
  • Experience in Facebook & Instagram necessary, experience in Snapchat, Pinterest & TikTok helpful but not necessary
  • Experience and expert level use of Facebook Ads Manager
  • Experience in coordinating content for social campaigns
  • Hands on experience in building high performing campaigns with proven ROAS (examples welcomed)
  • Experience in reporting on campaign performance and providing key insights
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns.
  • Experience in developing and implementing paid social media strategies and management planning.
