Fantastic opportunity for an experienced eCommerce Merchandiser to join the surf industry leader! Our eCommerce team is in a growth state, giving you the best of both worlds – the ability to have impact and suggest best practice in a start-up style environment, with the support and career opportunities in a global group of brands. You’ll have exposure across a range of exciting projects as we develop our eCommerce business.
You will be responsible for developing and executing the digital merchandising strategies to maximise sales, margin, inventory turnover, presentation and customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the retail merchandise team to define the strategy for planning and buying, analysing and forecasting the needs of eCommerce merchandise for your sites. You will seek new revenue growth opportunities for your sites, including sourcing new brands, extending the range of existing brands and growing online exclusives for our inhouse brands. You’ll ultimately be responsible for achieving sales and sell through targets. You’ll work collaboratively with the digital marketing team to execute promotions and campaigns.
