Fantastic opportunity to join this global surf industry leader supporting our Australian and New Zealand retail business, across ~140 stores and a corporate retail team based in Burleigh Heads. Excellent opportunity for a mix of project work, and day to day business support.


This role is responsible for assisting with the support of IT systems and associated integrations for the Boardriders’ Retail platforms used throughout or offices and stores in Australia and New Zealand. This technical/hands on role will work, in conjunction with other members of our IT team, across all Retail systems – both the legacy Epicor NSB platform as well as CEGID, our go forward platform – as well as both Retail back office and POS functions.

Whilst your primary focus will be the day-to-day operational business support of the Retail users, stores, systems and integrations, you will also work as part of the Retail re-platforming project team to migrate from our legacy Retail platforms to the CEGID retail platform for the ANZ business.


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous experience supporting a Corporate Retail System, including both back office functions and POS (Epicor NSB or CEGID highly regarded)
  • High level SQL skills, including procedural SQL
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of software development processes
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Time management, planning and prioritisation skills

Preferred experience includes:

  • Previous experience supporting an ERP solution (SAP highly regarded)
  • Previous experience supporting an eCommerce platform (Magento SFCC highly regarded)
  • Previous experience with Application Integration tools and technologies (Tibco highly regarded)
