The Role

To successfully lead, engage with, develop and motivate a team of Service Consultants to meet business targets while supporting the Company’s key focus areas of Culture, Customer and Cost.

You Will Be Responsible For
  • Coaching and mentoring the team in achieving organisation’s expectations whilst promoting a culture of high performance with high integrity
  • Acting as a role model by demonstrating our values and influencing how they are lived within your team
  • Develop and mentor consultants, through the utilisation of technical expertise to ensure performance is in line and exceeds performance indicators and service standards
  • As a representative of the Leadership Team, demonstrate your capacity to self-manage and positively influence those around you within Business Objectives, Customer Experience and Community Involvement
  • Be responsible for managing team members in accordance with company policies and employment laws, and ensure relevant HR procedures are applied (including Safety, Wellness and Health, Workplace Behaviour and Performance Improvement frameworks)


Knowledge And Experience
  • Proven ability to create winning cultures and develop high performing teams in a Service environment
  • Proven experience in demonstrating excellent people leadership in the workplace
  • An ability to influence, develop and coach ensuring the delivery of a positive and engaged customer experience
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly and effectively identify trends and opportunities
  • Sound judgment skills with the ability to interpret evaluate and disseminate information


Professional Compliance And Eligibility
  • Well-developed and demonstrated understanding of the legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations to operate in the FSR environment
