About the Role

As a Senior Sales Leader, you will have a focus on driving sales growth for the Australian business.

This integral role will

  • Be a key contributor to the development and delivery of the Australian Sales Strategy
  • Work closely with the General Manager Sales Australia to focus on New Business Acquisition and Strategic Key Account Management   
  • Deliver and report on Stellar growth and diversification targets in line with the Sales Strategy
  • Generate a continuous pipeline of recruitment opportunities for our Recruitment Consultants

This role will be well supported by an experienced recruitment team and with an already well established client base.  Reporting to the General Manager Operations you will have clearly set out accountability however be provided autonomy to make the role your own.

About you

This role requires someone who

  • Lives for the thrill of the chase and not afraid of a challenge
  • Has proven face to face sales skills and ability.
  • Experience working in mining/trades/construction and or engineering sectors would be an advantage,
  • At least 5 years' experience working in a senior sales leader/manager or business development capacity.
