In this challenging role you’re too cold call on key customers within a variety of markets that will consist of local farmers, councils, garden centres, major contractors, grass event, race courses, motorway agencies and anyone that has the ability to use tractors or implement equipment. You’re going to be working under National the manager in building your territory within Sydney. You will be given exciting clients that already buy from my client and you will work with the team in contacting them and working through the successful relationships they have with my client. It will come down to you how you can increase numbers by building key relationships within the area. Each sales with either be shown through demonstrations, pointing out the quality of the build of the product or going through marketing material that will be given to you in training. You must be able to sell through solution selling but not through price. Products consist of track loaders, mini tractors up to larger application 180 BHP, mowers all applications, and implements.

Your outstanding track record in new business sales distinguishes you from your peers.  Your exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills are underpinned by your keen business sense and commercial acumen.  You are driven to succeed and are renowned for your strategic business thinking, technical expertise and solution-focussed approach, encompassed by your ability to deliver exceptional customer service and marketing strategies.  The focus to the role is to develop and deliver high quality customer service and make mark in the industry.

On offer is a lucrative earning potential with a base salary ranging from $100,000 - $110,000 fully maintained company 4WD, superannuation of 9.5%, Phone plus full training on the products plus you will also be required to be involved in conferences twice a year with the OEM. My client also provides an commission structure that could see you earn anything between $50,000 - $60,000 on top of your base salary this will come down to your hard work and what you put in to your career.
