Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager, this role will have a key focus to drive the following:

  • Establish and execute a clear key account strategy with an emphasis in engaging key decision makers, developing revenue growth and retention
  • New business strategy to be created and executed with a focus on targeting end users
  • Providing strong coaching and mentoring to a national team
  • Direct engagement with key customers to foster existing relationships whilst also personally driving new business ventures
  • Driving the team to exceed key performance indicators

The Successful Applicant

This role requires an individual with a track record in the following:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading a diverse technical sales team with a focus on the development and execution of sales strategies
  • Direct experience in dealing with end users within Oil & Gas
  • Passion for stakeholder engagement and various levels with customers to drive results at multiple levels
  • Genuine interest in leading people, developing sales strategies and engaging with customers
  • Valves or similar product experience essential
