The role:

This role will commence as a Business Development Manager, with an emphasis on growing a portfolio of existing customers through a relationship-focused management style. 

Your reward will be to work with other professional team players, in a business which consistently exceeds the expectations of multinational Customers. 


  • Work with Senior Management to deliver the company’s strategic plan 
  • Collaborate as part of a cross-functional team to bring the company’s new services and software to market with existing customers
  • Maintain the pipeline of opportunities for implementation with existing Customers​
  • Collaborate to conduct Customer and internal surveys to obtain Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
  • Work collaboratively within an ambitious team of business development managers 
  • Ensure high quality reporting is maintained for customer revenue and other growth metrics
  • Be rewarded with genuine career development opportunities within a solution selling function

The successful candidate will be:

  • Degree qualified with 5+ Years industry experience with a background in services, software and/or logistics. Experience in consulting will be highly regarded.
  • A team player with the ability to relate to Customers at all levels.
  • A technical and analytical mind to guide customer relationships and selling
  • A proven track record in account management and business development ideally in a software or B2B services business
  • A demonstrated track record in preserving and enhancing company culture as a result of high EQ and the ability to build trust quickly
  • The ability to articulate direction effectively and develop staff
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience and ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service
