Working from state based office located to the East of Brisbane, close to CBD. The successful candidate will provide key support to the Project Managers and be a central point for tracking project staff, project variations and setting up and maintaining project files. Your responsibilities will include:
Receiving all incoming correspondence for distribution and filing, and preparing all outgoing correspondence
Attending and minuting meetings as required
Data entry, invoicing, filing, report and document preparation
Tracking delivering of major items and setting up follow up schedules as well as other office supplies
Setting up and managing project files
Preparing schedules and maintaining registers
Ensuring compliance with all required internal policies and procedures, particularly HSE and the AS4801 system
Initiating new business processes to improve the collection, filing and retrieval of project information
Organising travel, accommodation and alike
Be a good admin all rounder with strong IT literacy
Attitude and a fantastic work ethic is everything!
To be successful for this role you will have proven administrative experience in a similar role, ideally gained specifically within the construction and/or electrical space. You will be offering high level administrative support to both individuals and teams coupled with excellent attention to detail and time management skills. You will possess highly developed communication skills with the ability to confidently liaise with people at all levels. You will pride yourself on your strong work ethic and helpful, can do attitude.
Salary is commensurate with experience, on site parking is available, and the package includes 4 RDO's per year.
