About the role


  • Front Office Reception duties including a busy switchboard
  • Excel for weekly reporting
  • Electronic Document filing process
  • Assist the management team in day to day tasks
  • Management of Accountants Calendars
  • Customer service
  • Accounts Receivable, managing debtor's ledger
  • Banking and Petty Cash handling
  • Ensure Electronic Client files are up to date

Skills and experience


  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an administration role
  • Accounts Receivable experience (highly desirable)
  • Understanding of bookkeeping and accounting controlling practices advantageous
  • Proven problem-solving skills and forward thinker
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Strong communication skills and Exceptional Customer Service
  • Positive and professional attitude
